Delivery charges

Only one delivery charge is applied, no matter how many items are ordered.

When ordering multiple items, the items will be shipped together as only one delivery charge is applied. This means that your order will be dispatched once all items are in stock, so please make sure you order in stock items separately if you want the goods to be shipped immediately.

Standard accessory delivery charges:

• Very light items £1.95 delivery
  

• All other home accessories excluding mirrors  £4.95 nationwide.

Furniture delivery charges:

• Standard furniture items - one man delivery to mainland England & Wales Only £9.95 (excluding TR postcodes)

• Large Furniture items - two man delivery to mainland England & Wales Only £24.95  

Surcharge to Postcodes IV, AB, KW, PA, PH £15.00

Delivery is only available to UK mainland addresses. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey & Guernsey we will deliver to a nominated mainland GB address, e.g. a port. Onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery times

In stock items

Smaller items in stock will be dispatched between 1-14 days and sent on a next day delivery service.

Furniture items in stock will be delivered within 2-6 weeks, and you will be contacted by our delivery company for a mutually convenient delivery day.

Occasionally a lead time might be delayed due to problems outside our control, in this case we will contact you immediately and give you the option to wait for the item or cancel your order.

Delivery access.

Please note that in order to keep delivery charges as low as possible, with one man delivery items we can only deliver to ground floor rooms.

Please make sure you measure correctly before placing your furniture order. Consider staircases, doorways or any tight spaces used as access points. If you need to return an item of furniture, the original delivery charge will be deducted from any refund or exchange value.
